How to pre-order flowers?
  1. Choose flowers from our catalog of mixed / mono flower bouquets as well as flower boxes.

  2. Go to our pre-order form and leave all the information about your pre-order, including contact information, flower choice and delivery / pickup information.

  3. Submit the form and let us get back to you to discuss additional details and confirm your pre-order!

    PLEASE double-check if your email and phone number are correct, so we can get in touch for providing additional information and completing your pre-order.

How long in advance should I place my order?

We usually expect you to order at least 2-3 days in advance. Keep in mind that we do answer your pre-order requests the same or the next day. For an instant response just give us a call +1 (708) 986 3872! While we are not delivering the same day, your order placed in the evening could be delivered on the second half of the next day.

How much does the delivery cost?

Your orders are being delivered by hand for an additional fee of $20. Orders over 500$ benefit from free delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We offer our flower delivery in the western suburbs of Chicago such as:
Bolingbrook, Darien, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Lemont, Lisle, Lombard, Naperville, Oak Brook, Plainfield, Romeoville, Warrenville, Westmont, Wheaton, Willowbrook, Woodridge.

We highly encourage our dear clients, who are not in the access area (Chicago city and other suburbs), to easily schedule the delivery on your own via Uber Connect. Orders over 500$ benefit from free delivery.

Local pickup is available in Bolingbrook or Lisle areas.

Can I customize my order?

If you are not satisfied with our catalog choices, you are always welcome to place an order of your own vision, regarding the color, budget or flower type. For certain flowers please contact at least a week in advance. In that way we are sure we will be able to deliver the freshest blooms of your choice!

What if I wish to get a specific type of flowers?

How long does the bouquet last?

In general, with a proper care your bouquet should last up to 3-5 days, depending on your flower choice. We include our detailed flower care instructions & flower food next to your orders. If you experience any issues with your flowers within the first 24 hours - please call us as so we can solve the issue by refunding or replacing your order.

How to take care of my flower bouquet?

Can I send a personal message with my order ?

We are happy to place a personal message for your loved ones on a special Abloom note card. Keep in mind that your message should not exceed 100 symbols.
