2) Name your preferred flower bouquet / box (name), size & wrapping color / base color (optional).
2) Choose delivery / pickup, leave preferred date, time & delivery address or area - Lisle / Bolingbrook - if a pickup.
3) Leave a note you would like to write on a note card (please try to not exceed 150 characters).
4) Provide recipient's name and phone number (so we can reach out before the delivery).
